Kodit is proud to be associated with Eclipse Nursecall Systems for whom we have developed the CareBuddy™ Care Management Software
CareBuddy™ Duo enables the users to set up an electronic care plan for each resident, meeting all the current requirements directed by CSCI and other advisory bodies.
The power of CareBuddy™ Duo is its real time wireless relationship with the CareBuddy™ touch-screen point of care device which is carried by the staff. The assessed requirements of each service user are highlighted within the CareBuddy™ Duo Care Plan, when a care worker attends a room/dwelling they log in using their CareBuddy™ device and instantly any significant notes and the assessed requirements, for that resident, will appear on the screen.
When the member of staff ends their visit all of the information including time of attendance, duration of visit, ‘met requirements’ and any important voice notes, will instantly transfer to the relevant care plan within CareBuddy™ Duo.
This real time dynamic relationship significantly improves care plan data as not only does CareBuddy™ Duo contain all of the traditional requirements of residents care plans, it also has an interactive window which lists every care visit. Operators can simply select any one or number of care visits to examine which member of staff attended at which time and what service was carried out.
The CareBuddy™ Duo reporting tool allows Operators to cut and dice reports at will with the flexibility that has become expected from market leading software.
Public Sector Development
Kodit are currently working with other organisations in the development of software systems which utilise handheld devices in order to streamline NHS processes and care pathways. We continually seek potential partners with whom we can work in order to extend our product range in this area.
