Kodit and SITR offer full control over Asset Disposal and Recycling

Kodit are pleased to announce a new partner in the waste management disposal and recycling market. SITR a NW based waste disposal and recycle company will use Kodit’s mobile asset management solutions to offer market leading cradle to grave asset management services into their client base.

The dedicated service is focused on end user clients being able to adopt a quick to deploy asset management service throughout their organisation. The client can then  access this solution over web browser or via hand held PDA devices. In the event that an item is to be disposed of the client changes the equipment status of an item to ‘awaiting disposal’. This instantly alerts SITR that an item is awaiting collection and provides all the asset information required, client and address details.

SITR then use this information to advise the client on asset value and collection date. All collection and disposal/recycle records are then attached to the asset record on the web register. If required these records can be accessed by the client through the normal web browser access that characterises Software as a Service solutions (SAAS) such as the ones offered by Kodit.
